The active substance belongs to the group of quaternary ammonium compounds and is proven effective against both gram-positive (including EHEC, Salmonella Typhimurium, Campylobacter Jejuni) and gram-negative bacteria (including Staphylococcus Aureus, Listeria monocytogenes), viruses, fungi, and mold.
